KEP Italia produce caschi con calotta esterna disponibile in due misure, M oppure L. All'interno della calotta M si possono inserire otto taglie diverse, dalla 51 alla 58, mentre in quella L si inseriscono quelle dalla 59 alla 62. Ma non è sufficiente che il casco sia delle giusta misura, deve anche adattarsi alla forma della testa.
È possibile infatti inserire all’interno del casco piccoli spessori realizzati allo scopo di adattare perfettamente il casco alla testa del cavaliere (che può essere ovale, rotonda o a forma di uovo) e che possono essere inseriti davanti, dietro o sui lati del casco, sempre internamente. Proprio per questo KEP Italia ha realizzato dodici imbottiture per teste ovali (tipiche in Europa) e dodici imbottiture per teste più strette (tipiche del Nord America e del Canada).

KEP Italia produces helmets with the outer shell available in two different sizes, which, in turn, house all the various size of inner cap, based on the thickness. The medium outer shell can be fitted with eight different sizes, from 51 to 58, whilst the large shell holds sizes 59 to 62. But the right size of helmet is not enough; it must also suit the shape of the rider’s head.
Indeed, it is possible to insert small separators into the helmet to adapt it to fit the head of the rider (that can be oval, round or egg-shaped) perfectly and can be inserted at the front, back or on the sides of the inside of the helmet. For this reason, KEP Italia has created ten linings for oval heads (typical in Europe) and twelve linings for narrow heads (typical of North America and Canada).
